患者,男,28岁,建筑工人。于1973年11月12日以胃纳欠佳,疲乏20多天,伴皮肤黄染而入院。患者于10月下旬觉胃纳差、精神疲乏、无发热,病后2～3天皮肤及眼黄染,渐加深,经门诊护肝治疗无效入院。既往史:1970年11月患黄疸型肝炎在本院留医2个月,肝功能接近正常出院。间有饮酒习惯。体检:体温36.8℃,脉搏80次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压136/70毫米汞柱,神志清,发育正常,轻度失
