目的探讨念珠菌性阴道炎的有效治疗方法。方法260例念珠菌性阴道炎患者,随机分为两组各130例:两组患者均用3%苏打水冲洗外阴阴道并拭净,阴道后穹隆放置达克宁栓1枚,每晚1次,连用10天为1个疗程。治疗组,停药后每晚阴道后穹隆放置定君生胶囊,每次1粒,然后将连用10天为1个疗程,月经来潮干净后再每晚阴道后穹隆放置定君生胶囊1粒共10天。对照组,停药后不采取其他措施。结果治疗后1、2、3月随访从130例常规使用抗真药物治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的患者看,复发率较高,1个月复发率占6%,2个月复发率占9%,3个月复发率占13%,总复发率占28%,而加用定君生治疗两个疗程的130例念珠菌性阴道炎患者,复发率较低,仅占6%。两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在使用抗真菌药物治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的同时加用两个疗程的定君生胶囊,对预防念珠菌性阴道炎复发有明显作用。
Objective To investigate the effective treatment of Candida vaginitis. Methods 260 cases of Candida vaginitis patients were randomly divided into two groups of 130 cases: both groups were treated with 3% soda water to wash the vulva vagina and swab, vaginal posterior fornix placed 1, once a night, 10 days for a course of treatment. Results 1, 2, 3 months after treatment, follow-up from 130 cases of conventional anti-drug treatment of Candida vaginitis patients, the recurrence rate was high, 1 month recurrence rate of 6%, 2-month recurrence rate of 9% , 3 months recurrence rate of 13%, the total recurrence rate of 28%, while plus Dingjun treatment of two courses of 130 cases of Candida vaginitis patients, the recurrence rate is low, only 6%. The difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of antifungal drugs for the treatment of Candida vaginitis with two courses of Ding Junsheng capsules, to prevent the recurrence of Candida vaginitis have a significant role.
