为实现沥青路面构造深度的自动化检测,提出一种基于激光3D数据的沥青路面构造深度检测方法。搭建了基于结构光的沥青路面构造深度检测系统,提出了针对路面原始三维数据的去噪算法,设计了基于激光3D数据的沥青路面构造深度计算方法。为了验证该方法的有效性,在沥青路面进行了现场试验,并将系统测试结果与铺砂法测量结果进行了误差分析和相关性分析。结果表明:该方法得到的构造深度数值与铺砂法结果相对误差在0.13mm以内,相关系数为0.923 2,表明系统性能稳定、可靠性高。
In order to realize the automatic detection of asphalt pavement structure depth, a method to detect the depth of asphalt pavement structure based on laser 3D data is proposed. The structure of asphalt pavement structure depth detection system based on structured light is established. The denoising algorithm for pavement original three-dimensional data is proposed and the calculation method of asphalt pavement depth based on laser 3D data is designed. In order to verify the effectiveness of the method, a field test was conducted on asphalt pavement, and error analysis and correlation analysis between the system test results and the sand measurement results were carried out. The results show that the relative error between the depth of the structure obtained by this method and the sand method is within 0.13 mm and the correlation coefficient is 0.923 2, which shows that the system has stable performance and high reliability.
