首先结合十字流微滤中有关概念 ,对旋转管式膜面上颗粒进行力平衡研究 ,确定出颗粒不在膜面沉积形成滤饼所需的膜管最低转速 ;然后作者采用无因次分析法 ,确定旋转PE管式膜动态微滤的准数方程 ;最后 ,对试验数据回归处理并建立旋转PE管式膜微滤的数学模型 ,为PE管式膜的应用提供了有益的指导
Firstly, based on the concept of cross-flow microfiltration, the force balance of the particles on the rotating tubular membrane surface was studied to determine the minimum rotational speed of the membrane tube which is not required for the particles to deposit on the membrane surface. Then, by adopting the non-dimensional analysis method, Determine the quasi-number equation of the rotating microfiltration of PE tube membrane; finally, the mathematical model of the rotating PE tube membrane microfiltration is established by regression analysis of the experimental data and provides a useful guide for the application of the PE tube membrane
