本文报道抗枯宁的致突变性和致畸性实验结果。结果表明,抗枯宁在Ames试验中,加和不加S_(99)A_(98)和A_(100)菌株回变菌落数均未超过自然回变菌落数的2倍,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验结果阴性;抗枯宁没有致畸胎作用。
This article reports the experimental results of mutagenicity and teratogenicity. The results showed that in the Ames test, the number of reverted colonies that did not add S_(99)A_(98) and A_(100) strains in the Ames test did not exceed 2 times the number of natural reverted colonies, and the bone marrow of mice was more Erythrocyte micronucleus test and sperm abnormality test results were negative; anti-juining did not cause teratogenic effects.
