In the past five or six years, due to the growth of the stand-alone capacity of power generation equipment, the increase of transmission voltage and the increase of production, research and design costs, the heavy machinery manufacturing industry in Europe had to merge with each other to compete for the market and gradually formed six major groups. Two of the UK’s are GEC and Reyrolle Parsons. West Germany’s AEG and Siemens jointly established two plants, the United Power Generation Plant (KWU) and the United Transformer Plant (TU), in 1969, To compete. The remaining four are France’s CEG and the Alsthom Group, Switzerland’s BBC and Sweden’s General Electric Company (ASEA). As for the Belgian Shacheng Electric Company (ACEC), it has been unable to gain a foothold, but for the US capital annexation. This article introduces the debut of West Germany
