目的探讨实施正念认知疗法对慢性疼痛患者的临床效果。方法将77例慢性疼痛患者随机分为正念认知干预组(A组,38例)和空白对照组(B组,39例),比较两组患者干预前后的生活质量评价量表(SF-36)、五因素正念度量表(FFMQ)、简明心境状态量表(POMS)及VAS疼痛评分结果。结果两组干预前的各评价指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预8周后,A组SF-36、FFMQ、POMS、VAS疼痛评分均优于B组(P<0.05)。结论正念认知疗法可以改善慢性疼痛患者的负性情绪,缓解疼痛,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mindfulness therapy on patients with chronic pain. Methods A total of 77 patients with chronic pain were randomly divided into the intervention group (group A, n = 38) and the blank control group (group B, n = 39). The quality of life questionnaire before and after intervention ), Five Factors Mindfulness Scale (FFMQ), Concise State of Mind (POMS) and VAS pain score. Results The scores of SF-36, FFMQ, POMS and VAS in group A were better than those in group B after 8-week intervention (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention . Conclusion Mindfulness cognitive therapy can improve the negative emotions of patients with chronic pain, relieve pain and improve the quality of life.
