随着对机动车双超治理力度的不断增大,道路交通秩序有了显著改变,交通事故的发生率也逐步下降,交通环境有了很大的优化。然而,在交通整体秩序改观的同时,行人穿红灯、非机动车占机动车道等现象愈演愈烈,给交通秩序造成了极大的安全隐患。本文首先对行人、非机动车违法情况进行了分析,进而阐释了违法情况治理的难点,最后结合个人工作经验提出了对行人、非机动车交通违法的治理的创新策略,进而为我国交通提供良好的法治环境。
With the double super-management of motor vehicles increasing the intensity of road traffic order has been significantly changed, the incidence of traffic accidents also declined gradually, the traffic environment has been greatly optimized. However, with the improvement of the overall traffic order, pedestrians wear red lights and non-motor vehicles account for the passing of motor vehicles. This poses a great security risk to the traffic order. This article first analyzes the illegal situation of pedestrians and non-motor vehicles, and then explains the difficulties in the management of the illegal situation. Finally, based on personal experience, this paper puts forward an innovative strategy to govern traffic violations of pedestrians and non-motor vehicles, The rule of law environment.
