在修筑公路过程中,必须对路基土壤和路面铺砌层进行压实,以提高基础的承载能力、不透水性及稳定性,使之具有足够的强度和表面平整度。目前,对路基土壤和路面铺砌层的压实广泛地采用了压实机械(俗称压路机);对于不同的作业对象和施工技术要求而言,除了正确地选择压路机的类型和型号外,还应根据施工组织形式、施工技术要求和作业内容等,合理地选择压路机的压实作业参数。
During road construction, subgrade soils and paving pavements must be compacted to improve the foundation’s bearing capacity, impermeability and stability so that it has sufficient strength and surface flatness. At present, the compaction of roadbed soil and road paving layer is widely used compaction machinery (commonly known as roller); for different objects and construction requirements, in addition to the correct choice of roller type and model, but also according to Construction organization form, construction technical requirements and job content, etc., to choose a reasonable pressure roller compaction operation parameters.
