为了组织好警察伦理学课程统一考试的工作,按照《高等教育自学考试命题大纲》和《高等教育自学考试公安管理专业<警察伦理学>自学考试大纲》的要求,制定本大纲。 一、命题指导思想 1.依照全国高等教育自学考试指导委员会的统一要求,严肃认真,慎重对待,坚持质量标准,切实做好命题工作。 2.警察伦理学课程考试应考核应考者掌握基础知识、基本理论、基本方法的程度,以及运用所学理论知识分析问题和解决问题的能力,确保考试合格者达到全日制高等学校本专业相同课程的结业水平。 3.编制的试题和组配的试卷,应能引导社会助学全面系统地进行辅导,引导应考者认真、全面地学习指定的教材,系统掌握专业知识,培养和提高分析、解决实际问题的能力,树立良好的学风。 二、命题范围 1.全国高等教育自学考试指导委员会颁发的本课程自学考试大纲。 2.高德原等编著、中国人民公安大学出版社1996年11月出版的《警察伦理学》自学考试教材。
