本文对企业财经管理中存在的问题进行了分析,总结出企业财经管理存在着预算管理制度不健全、工程建设经济效益低、企业公共接待缺乏监管等三方面问题,进而基于审计结果提出企业财经管理的对策方法,从健全预算管理制度、提升工程建设效益、加强监管公共接待等三个角度开展了论述,旨在提升企业财经管理的水平,推动企业发展。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial management of the enterprise, sums up the problems in the financial management of the enterprise, such as the imperfect budget management system, the low economic benefit of the project construction and the lack of supervision of the public reception of the enterprise. Based on the audit results, The countermeasures are as follows: From the perspectives of improving the budget management system, improving the efficiency of project construction, and strengthening the supervision of public receptions, the discussions are aimed at enhancing the level of enterprise financial management and promoting the development of the enterprise.
