通过试验,说明焦炭与CO2反应受温度和CO2含量影响十分显著。分析了高炉内焦炭与CO2反应的影响因素。对比分析指出,焦炭与CO2反应在实验室条件下和高炉内差异极大。结合改变时间的试验结果,分析了文献中钝化试验结果,指出钝化技术只是改变了焦炭与CO2反应速度,降低了固定时间内反应失重率,提高了反应后强度,高炉内是固定失重率的升温反应,矿物无催化作用,因此,对焦炭钝化技术提出商榷。
The experiment shows that the reaction between coke and CO2 is affected by temperature and CO2 content. The influencing factors of coke reaction with CO2 in the blast furnace were analyzed. Comparative analysis pointed out that the reaction of coke and CO2 in the laboratory conditions and the great difference in the blast furnace.
