胶质瘤是中枢神经系统常见的原发性肿瘤,其患者生存期短、预后差。由于不同的胶质瘤患者之间预后差别很大,因此,需要根据患者的个体化信息制定相应的治疗方案。当前,临床上主要通过术后组织分析来获取胶质瘤的病理组织类型和生物标记物信息。然而,术后组织分析需要大块的组织样本,其结果容易受到人为操作的影响,并且无法指导早期治疗方案的制定,所以,运用无创磁共振成像技术获取胶质瘤的个体化信息成为临床研究的热点。本文对基于磁共振成像的胶质瘤分级和生物标记检测研究进行了综述,并对未来研究工作进行了展望。
Glioma is a common primary tumor in central nervous system. Its patients have short survival period and poor prognosis. Because different patients with glioma prognosis vary widely, therefore, need to make the appropriate treatment based on individual patient information. At present, the histological type and biomarker information of glioma are mainly obtained clinically through postoperative tissue analysis. However, postoperative tissue analysis requires large pieces of tissue samples, the results of which are easily influenced by human intervention and can not guide the development of early treatment plans. Therefore, the use of noninvasive magnetic resonance imaging to obtain personalized information on glioma becomes a clinical study Hot spots. This review summarizes the studies on grading and biomarker detection of gliomas based on magnetic resonance imaging and gives a prospect of future research.
