近年来,党中央、国务院及有关部门出台了一系列文件和措施,加大对林业的投入力度,有效缓解了涉林企业融资难题。随着社会资本大量涌入林业行业,涉林企业发展中存在对行业、产业政策不太了解、对补助资金申报重点把握不准、对项目申报的可行性报告撰写不规范等问题,错失了政府专项补助资金的有力支持。同时,广大林业企业在享受专项资金补贴的过程中,也切身遇到了一些困难和疑惑。
