目的:观察中药联合针灸治疗小儿夏季腹泻的临床效果,从而选择更好的治疗方案,提高治疗效果。方法:选取小儿夏季腹泻患者160例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组80例。两组患儿均给予常规的支持治疗,包括纠正水、电解质紊乱以及酸碱失衡等。在此基础上,观察组患儿给予中药联合针灸的方案进行治疗,对照组给予西药治疗。观察两组临床治疗效果及改善时间。结果:观察组有效率为97.50%,对照组有效率为86.25%,观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,经统计学检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿平均止泻时间为(32.53±4.24)小时,平均脱水纠正时间为(27.35±4.27)小时,平均住院时间为(3.75±1.45)天,对照组患儿平均止泻时间为(46.26±5.34)小时,平均脱水纠正时间为(41.64±4.99)小时,平均住院时间为(5.35±1.75)天。观察组恢复时间明显短于对照组,经统计学检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合针灸治疗小儿夏季腹泻的临床治疗效果显著,且恢复快,值得推广。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on children’s summer diarrhea, so as to choose a better treatment plan and improve the therapeutic effect. Methods: 160 children with summer diarrhea were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 80 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine supportive care, including correction of water and electrolyte imbalance and acid-base imbalance. On this basis, the treatment group treated children with Chinese medicine plus acupuncture and the control group with Western medicine. The clinical effects and the improvement of the two groups were observed. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, the effective rate of the control group was 86.25%, and the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05) The mean time to stop diarrhea was (32.53 ± 4.24) hours, mean dehydration correction time was (27.35 ± 4.27) hours, average hospitalization time was (3.75 ± 1.45) days, and control group was (46.26 ± 5.34) Average dehydration correction time was (41.64 ± 4.99) hours, the average length of stay was (5.35 ± 1.75) days. The observation group recovery time was significantly shorter than the control group, the statistical test, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on treating summer diarrhea in children is remarkable, and the recovery is rapid and worthy of promotion.
