目的了解乐山市中心城区个体诊所消毒工作质量,以指导个体诊所消毒工作并提出改进措施防止医源性疾病传播。方法按照GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》、GB15981-1995《消毒与灭菌效果评价方法与标准》及中华人民共和国卫生部2002年版的《消毒技术规范》要求进行采样和检测。结果3年各检测样品328件、444件和248件,合格率分别为82.01%、94.14%和95.97%。结论乐山市中心城区个体诊所消毒效果监测合格率逐年提高。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection in individual clinics in downtown Leshan, to guide the disinfection of individual clinics and to propose improvement measures to prevent the spread of iatrogenic diseases. Methods Sampling and testing were conducted in accordance with GB15982-1995 “Sanitary Standards for Hospital Disinfection”, GB15981-1995 “Methods and Criteria for the Evaluation of Disinfection and Sterilization Effects” and “Disinfection Technical Specifications” of the 2002 Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China. Results Three years of testing samples 328, 444 and 248, the pass rate was 82.01%, 94.14% and 95.97%. Conclusion The qualified rate of individual disinfection monitoring in individual clinics in downtown of Leshan increased year by year.
