我们上海市文化局所属的艺术单位,包括艺术表演团体、艺术研究与教育单位等,在长期的艺术生活实践中,创作演出了大量的剧目、节目,逐渐形成和积累起大量的艺术材料,这些艺术材料,既是我们国家档案中的重要部分,又是我国民族文化的一份宝贵财富。因此,把这批艺术材料收集起来加以整理,作为艺术档案保管好,并且在艺术创作、演出、艺术研究和教学中充分利用,发挥其作用,这是一项具有重要的现实意义和历史意义的工作。几年来,我们在市档案局的指导、帮助下,抓了以下几项工作。
The art units affiliated to the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture, including art performance groups, art research and education units, have created and performed a large number of repertoire and programs in a long period of artistic practice, gradually forming and accumulating a large amount of artistic materials. Art materials are both an important part of our national archives and a valuable asset to our national culture. Therefore, it is an important practical and historical significance to collect and organize these art materials for safekeeping as an art file and make full use of it in art creation, performance, art research and teaching jobs. In the past few years, with the guidance and assistance of the Municipal Archives Bureau, we have grasped the following tasks.
