2005 is China’s “Green Real Estate Year”, talking about green real estate, green real estate, many people’s mind will immediately reflect the district’s afforestation, flowers and trees with the ratio of buildings. There are not many consumers who understand green as greenery. If not for half a month, the same is true of journalists themselves. 90s of last century, we say “well-off is not well-being, the key to look at housing”, today proposed is “housing is good, the key is healthy”, we can see that the health requirements in the public housing concept has entered the living environment Quality category, developers have also launched “green” green logo real estate. However, “green” real estate is truly green, environmental protection and health? Developers really do people-oriented, high-quality design from the inside and outside the United States real estate? 2005 “Green Real Estate Year” nearing completion, the reporter used Spent half a month to visit the relevant government departments, architects, developers and consumers, conducted a comprehensive survey of green buildings, opened the reader for the mystery of green building.
