在概述了变电站自动化系统的发展历程之后 ,提出一种新的分布式通信控制系统。整个系统由若干通信子系统通过以太网构成 ,除具备常规通信管理功能外 ,还具有元件级自诊断、远方诊断、网络管理、电压无功控制 ( VQC)、双机热备用等功能。采用多主网络结构 ,各通信子系统相对独立 ,避免了硬件的重复设置。以较低造价实现多 32位 CPU并行高速运行 ,远优于单 CPU,具有很高的可靠性。
After an overview of the development of substation automation system, a new distributed communication control system is proposed. The whole system is composed of a number of communication subsystems through Ethernet. In addition to the conventional communication management functions, it also has the functions of component-level self-diagnosis, remote diagnosis, network management, voltage reactive power control (VQC) and dual-system thermal backup. Multi-master network structure, the communication subsystem is relatively independent, to avoid the duplication of hardware settings. To achieve more low-cost multi-32 CPU parallel high-speed operation, far superior to a single CPU, with high reliability.
