发端于1991年的澳门旅游教育在多年的发展历程里,一直保持着较快的发展速度和良好的发展态势,特别是澳门回归祖国后,更是在中国内地发展得促动下,积极寻求国际交流和合作。本文先分别介绍了澳门旅游教育的发展状况与中国内地旅游教育的发展状况,然后对比了澳门旅游教育与中国内地教育特征从学科设置、课程体系、人才培养和社会实践这四个方面。
Macau Tourism Education started in 1991 in the course of many years of development, has maintained a rapid pace of development and a good momentum of development, especially after Macao’s return to the motherland, but also in the development of the Mainland, under the impetus of the initiative to actively seek international Exchange and cooperation. This paper first introduces the development of tourism education in Macao and the development of tourism education in the Mainland of China. Then it compares the characteristics of tourism education in Macao and the education in mainland China from four aspects: disciplinary setup, curriculum system, personnel training and social practice.
