目的:探讨高校实践育人的途径及效果;方法:以某省儿童医院暑假就诊患者多迫切需要志愿者服务、同时又迎接“省委巡视组来院开展医疗工作督查”的重大活动契机,结合学生的专业特点,组织护理专业志愿者开展特色鲜明的主题实践育人活动;结果:学校与医院联合行动的实践育人模式有效促进了志愿者的身心成长;结论:校院联动是学校实践育人、提高人才培养质量的有效途径。
Objective: To explore ways and effects of practice of educating people in colleges and universities.Methods: Volunteer service was urgently needed in the summer holiday of children’s hospital in a province, and at the same time to meet the important activity of “inspecting medical work by provincial inspection teams” , Combined with the professional characteristics of students, the volunteers of organization and nursing specialty to carry out distinctive characteristics of the theme of practice and education activities; Results: School and hospital joint practice of practical education model effectively promote the physical and mental growth of volunteers; Conclusion: School linkage is school Effective ways of practicing education and raising the quality of personnel training.
