7月15日至28日,全国残疾人基本服务状况和需求专项调查试点工作在甘肃定西市临洮县展开。期间,国务院残工委副主任、中国残联党组书记、理事长鲁勇,中国残联副主席吕世明亲临现场,同专项调查员一道走村入户,深入城乡社区(村)部分残疾人家中亲切慰问并参与调查。甘肃省委副书记、省长刘伟平,省委常委、政法委书记泽巴足,省委常委、省委组织部长吴德刚,省委常委、副省长咸辉分别同鲁勇一行座谈交流。
From July 15 to July 28, the Pilot Survey of the Basic Services and Needs of People with Disabilities in China started in Linqu County, Dingxi City, Gansu Province. During the meeting, Lv Yong, deputy director of the State Council’s Working Committee for Residual Work, secretary of the Chinese CDPF Leading Group Party Committee and chairman of the Board, and Lu Shimin, vice chairman of the CDPF, visited the scene and went home with special investigators to visit families with disabilities in urban and rural communities (villages). Condolences and participate in the investigation. Liu Weiping, deputy secretary and governor of Gansu Province, Wu Zhagang, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, Zha Basu, secretary of the Politburo Committee and member of the Provincial Party Committee, Wu Degang, member of the provincial party committee and the vice governor of Xianhui, exchanged views respectively with Lu Yong and his party.
