幼儿园园长在学前教育、教师成长和幼儿发展中起着重要的作用。面对园所教育改革的新要求,面对教师专业发展的新需要,园长必须不断提高管理和教学的创新能力。新时期的园长培训则为解决园长的知识更新,提高园长的综合素质提供了有力保障。因此,教师进修学校作为研培工作指导部门,必须要积极探索开展园长培训的适宜途径,探寻凸显培训效果的有效策略。
Kindergarten directors play an important role in preschool education, teacher development and early childhood development. In the face of the new requirements of the education reform in the park and in the face of the new needs of teachers’ professional development, the headmaster must constantly improve the management and teaching innovation ability.
