目的:改进咽试子采集方法,提高荧光定量肺炎支原体DNA检测阳性率。方法:对2008年-2011年支原体肺炎患儿随机分成两组,一组为对照组180例,直接用无菌咽试子留取标本,另一组为实验组170例,取标本前给患儿以α糜蛋白酶4000u加4.3%无菌盐水10 ml气雾咽喉部,5 min~10 min后再用同样的方法留取咽拭子标本,进行荧光定量DNA检验。结果:实验组阳性率为72.35%,对照组阳性率为47.22%,两组差异显著。结论:在采集咽拭子标本前行高渗盐水雾化吸入,提高了支原体肺炎患者DNA检测阳性率。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the method of pharyngeal sampling and to improve the detection rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae DNA. Methods: From 2008 to 2011, children with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups. One group was 180 cases in the control group, the samples were taken directly from the sterile pharyngeal samples, and the other group was 170 cases in the experimental group. Children with α chymase 4000u plus 4.3% sterile saline 10 ml aerosol throat, 5 min ~ 10 min after the same method for the retention of throat swab specimens for quantitative fluorescent DNA test. Results: The positive rate of the experimental group was 72.35%, the positive rate of the control group was 47.22%, significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Inhalation of hypertonic saline prior to the acquisition of throat swab specimens increased the positive rate of DNA detection in patients with mycoplasma pneumonia.
