笔者2年来对习惯性便秘的患者使用物理治疗,经过不断的观察疗效和筛选,最后,采用音频电治疗得到较满意的效果。现介绍如下。 临床资料 采用 YPD-2型音频治疗机,最大功率10W频率 2000Hz将10×5cm电极衬垫两块用温水浸湿后并置于脐部两侧,电流强度以局部有明显的触麻跳动感为宜(约<2mA),每日1次,每次30分钟,10次为1疗程,可连续2～3疗程进行,治疗期间停服一切缓泻药。
