针对静态无功优化系统仅采集、计算当前数据断面的缺陷,引入相似日负荷预测方法,对短期和超短期负荷进行预测,并进行负荷曲线合理分段,为下一个调度周期各个时段的电压无功控制提供决策依据,避免了由于负荷波动造成的各变电所电容的投切和有载主变分接头调节振荡或者不必要操作,延长设备的运行寿命。通过对某地区实际系统的应用表明,合理利用系统负荷历史数据,在线数据和预测数据,不但能满足电网电压无功优化运行的要求,而且有效减少设备的动作次数。
