专题动机: 在新经济时代,对创业者来说,融资正成为大家必须思考的问题。伴随着风险投资进入中国,私募融资、公募上市、换股并购等概念正越来越吸引创业企业的眼球。但融资的含义绝非吸引资金那样简单。融资应该是企业跟资本之间各取所需的一个过程,大家在这个过程中相互利用、共同成长,最终获得各自想要的结果。对风险投资来说,它需要投资那些有发展前景,会受到股票市场追捧的受资企业,从而实现自己的投资收益。对创业企业来说,融资则不仅解决了企业发展所需的资金问题,更重要的是,风险投资的钱比一般的钱具有更多的意义。就拿新浪来说,如果没有外来的融资,四通利方成立伊始就存在的那些问题就会毁了公司。恰恰是因为有风险投资的进入,才改变了这个状况,让新浪的整个资本结构向良性发展。
