田发亮,男,汉族,1957年生,中共党员,高级工程师,现任河南省郑州市公路管理局直属分局局长。自从事公路交通事业十几年以来,负责完成了广东珠海香湾大桥、珠海国际机场停机坪、G312线南阳境改善工程,豫01线南阳境改建工程,郑花公路建设工程,郑邙公路改建工程,郑州绕城高等级公路、国道107线、310线、311线改建工程、黄河路立交桥配套工程、漯驻高速公路、郑许高速公路、郑少高速等20多项省、市重点工程建设项目,累计完成工程投资近3亿元,取得了良好的经济效益和社会信誉。1985年至今连续被评为省市公路交通系统劳动模范、先进工作者、优秀共产党员;1996年被评为省交通厅勤政廉政建设先进工作者;1997年被评为中国交通运输工会全国委员会最佳公路段长,颁发金桥奖;1998年被授予郑州市劳动模范光荣称号;1999年被评为市交通公路系统“创先争优” 活动优秀共产党员、省交通系统先进工作者,2000年被评为省交通厅劳动模范、郑州市重点工程项目先进工作者、郑州市创建工作先进个人。2001年被评为全国公路系统优秀共产党员。2002年1月,被河南省人事厅、交通厅联合表彰为全省交通系统先进工作者。
