目前,我国正处在管道工业发展的高峰时期,多数新旧管道都尚未建立管道完整性管理体系,这给管道的安全运行管理带来一定的安全隐患。近日,记者从中石油管道公司获悉,经过四年多研究实践,《管道完整性管理规范》已经中石油集团公司批准,成为我国第一套自主研发编制的管道完整性管理企业标准。据了解,完整性管理是借助风险识别评价控制技术和信息技术,对管道实施以可靠性为中心的管理。与传统安全管理相比,其最大特点是主动维护和事前预控。
At present, our country is in the peak period of pipeline industry development, most of the old and new pipelines have not yet established a pipeline integrity management system, which brings some potential risks to the safe operation and management of the pipeline. Recently, the reporter learned from PetroChina Pipeline Company. After more than four years of research and practice, the “Pipeline Integrity Management Standard” has been approved by CNPC and has become China’s first self-developed pipeline integrity management enterprise standard. It is understood that the integrity management is based on risk identification and evaluation control technology and information technology, the implementation of reliability-centric management of the pipeline. Compared with the traditional safety management, its most prominent feature is active maintenance and pre-control.
