目的 :分析 19例抗原异表达急性白血病的免疫表型 ,并观察其与预后的关系。方法 :应用流式细胞术 ,选用单抗CD5、CD7、CD19、CD2 0 、CD13 、CD3 3 对白血病细胞进行免疫分型 ,同时配合治疗观察预后。结果 :19例经FAB定型的急性白血病中 ,6例AML表达淋巴系抗原 (Ly+ AML) ,9例ALL表达髓系抗原 (My+ ALL) ,3例ALL同时表达T、B两系抗原 ,1例为双系列双表型。 19例患者仅 1例缓解 ,1例部分缓解。结论 :免疫表型分析有利于对急性白血病进行分型 ,该类白血病缓解率低 ,其治疗方案有待探讨。
Objective : To analyze the immunophenotype of 19 cases of antigen-expressed acute leukemia and to observe its relationship with prognosis. METHODS: Flow cytometry was used to select leukemia cells for immunophenotyping using monoclonal antibodies CD5, CD7, CD19, CD20, CD13, and CD3 3, and to observe the prognosis. Results: Among 19 acute leukemias with FAB, 6 cases of AML expressed lymphoid antigen (Ly+ AML), 9 cases of ALL expressed myeloid antigen (My+ ALL), 3 cases of ALL also expressed T and B two-line antigens, and 1 case. It is a double series double type. In 19 patients, only 1 patient had remission, and 1 patient had partial remission. Conclusion : The immunophenotype analysis is helpful for the classification of acute leukemia. The remission rate of this type of leukemia is low and its treatment plan remains to be explored.
