目的探讨高温高压记录仪对真空压力蒸汽灭菌器的监测应用,以实时了解真空压力蒸汽灭菌器的物理参数。方法自2011年1月起,在每季度及日常监测不符合要求时,采用德国ebro记录仪对真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌过程进行物理性能验证。结果总共监测26次,常规23次监测验证结果与设定值相符;1次批量监测异常时,验证结果为灭菌时间内温度低于设定值;2次生物监测阳性,1次验证结果为灭菌时间内,压力低于设定值,另1次验证结果与设定值相符,但灭菌时间内温度、压力的波动大,温度波动>2℃,压力波动>5kpa。结论验证结果与实际设定值存在差异,建议制定监测标准,定期用记录仪对灭菌器进行验证,以保证灭菌器的灭菌效果,同时记录仪可运用于灭菌器故障原因分析。
Objective To explore the application of high temperature and high pressure recorder to vacuum pressure steam sterilizer to understand the physical parameters of vacuum pressure steam sterilizer in real time. Methods From January 2011 onwards, each quarter and daily monitoring do not meet the requirements, the use of Germany ebro recorder vacuum pressure sterilizer sterilization process for physical performance verification. Results A total of 26 monitoring results were obtained. The results of routine monitoring and verification were consistent with the set values. When the batch monitoring was abnormal, the result of the verification was that the temperature was lower than the set value during the sterilization time. The results of two biomonitoring tests were positive Sterilization time, the pressure is lower than the set value, and the other 1 test results with the set value, but the sterilization time temperature, pressure fluctuations, temperature fluctuations> 2 ℃, pressure fluctuations> 5kpa. Conclusion The results of the verification are different from the actual ones. It is suggested that the monitoring standard should be established and the sterilizer should be regularly verified with a recorder to ensure the sterilizing effect of the sterilizer. Meanwhile, the recorder can be used to analyze the causes of the sterilizer malfunction.
