多焦视网膜电图和多焦视诱发电位是视觉电生理学一项重要新进展,它应用先进的电子计算机和数字信号处理技术,可在较短时间内同时测量几十度视野范围内几十到几百个区域的局部视网膜电图或局部视诱发电位,并计算各局部反应的一阶和二阶反应,根据各反应参数分别了解视网膜内外层、视路对应于视野各部位的功能,是近年应用于眼科临床的新理论和新技术。本研究率先在国内将多焦视觉电生理技术应用于眼科临床,取得下列成果:
