目的:建立地黄饮子配方颗粒中马钱苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定含量。色谱柱为Hypersil GOLD C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相为乙腈-水(11∶89);检测波长236 nm;流速1.0 mL.min-1;进样体积10μL;柱温为25℃。结果:马钱苷的检测浓度线性范围为0.080 6~1.612 0μg(r=0.999 9,n=5);平均加样回收率为100.36%(RSD=1.52%,n=6)。结论:该法简便、快速、准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于地黄饮子配方颗粒的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of loganin in dihuangyinzi formula granules. Method: The content was determined by RP-HPLC. The column was Hypersil GOLD C18 (5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm); the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (11:89); the detection wavelength was 236 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1; the injection volume was 10 μL; the column temperature was 25 °C. RESULTS: The linear range of detection concentration of loganin was 0.080 6~1.612 0μg (r=0.999 9, n=5); the average recovery was 100.36% (RSD=1.52%, n=6). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive, and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of DZD.
