通过对浙江省11个地区1981个村落的走访调查,从村落距离中心市区远近、人口规模、经济发展水平、人均收入、新农村建设情况等方面进行分析,总结出浙江省农村历史建筑现状的总体特点,提出依据距离城市的远近和收入水平高低等因素进行划区分类的思路,使农村历史建筑保护工作重点突出、先后有序、主次有别、投入有效。
Through the survey of 1981 villages in 11 districts of Zhejiang Province, this paper analyzes the distance from the center of the village to the urban area, the population scale, the level of economic development, the per capita income, the construction of new rural areas and so on, and summarizes the status quo of rural historic buildings in Zhejiang Province According to the general characteristics of urban construction, the author puts forward the idea of dividing and classifying land based on factors such as the distance to the city and the level of income, so that the protection of historic buildings in rural areas will be focused on in an orderly manner.
