目的检测十堰地区阴道毛滴虫十堰分离株对灭滴灵的敏感性,分析本地区滴虫多分离株灭滴灵耐药性总体趋势。方法收集阴道毛滴虫临床分离株25株,体外纯培养,设不同灭滴灵药物组,终浓度分别为:50μg/ml、31.25μg/ml、25μg/ml、l5.63μg/ml、7.81μg/ml、3.91μg/ml、1.95μg/ml、0μg/ml,置37℃培养,分别于4、8、12、24h观察虫体生长存活情况,计算各株滴虫各时间点死亡率,对各时间点死亡率进行汇总并分析灭滴灵敏感性浓度区间分布。结果高浓度组(50μg/ml、31.25μg/ml、25μg/ml、l5.63μg/m、7.81μg/ml)培养12h,滴虫死亡率均为100%,3.91μg/ml浓度作用24h,滴虫死亡率为96%(24/25),1株滴虫死亡率为98.73%。结论十堰地区阴道毛滴虫分离株对灭滴灵总体较敏感,24株体外24h有效最低杀虫浓度区间为1.95~3.91μg/ml,1株滴虫为3.91~7.81μg/ml。
Objective To detect the sensitivity of Trichomonas vaginalis Shiyan isolates to metronidazole in Shiyan area and to analyze the general trend of metronidazole multi-isolates in this area. Methods Twenty - five clinical isolates of Trichomonas vaginalis were collected and cultured in vitro with different metronidazole groups. The final concentrations were 50μg / ml, 31.25μg / ml, 25μg / ml, 15.63μg / ml and 7.81μg / ml, 3.91μg / ml, 1.95μg / ml, 0μg / ml respectively. The cells were incubated at 37 ℃. The growth and survival of the parasites were observed at 4, 8, 12 and 24 hours respectively. Mortality at each time point was summarized and the interval distribution of metronidazole sensitivity concentration was analyzed. Results The mortality of trichomonas was 100% in high concentration group (50μg / ml, 31.25μg / ml, 25μg / ml, 15.63μg / ml, 7.81μg / ml) The mortality rate of insects was 96% (24/25). The mortality rate of one trichomoniasis was 98.73%. Conclusion The isolates of Trichomonas vaginalis in Shiyan are sensitive to metronidazole. The lowest effective insecticidal concentration range of 24 strains in vitro is 1.95-3.91μg / ml in 24h, and 3.91 ~ 7.81μg / ml in 1 Trichomonas vaginalis.
