一、理念引领,价值认同学校的办学理念就是一所学校的魂,没有办学理念,学校办学就没有方向。2011年底,我校梳理出了有自己特色的办学理念——“平安·快乐”教育,我们的办学理念有五大元素组成:核心价值观——快乐与平安同行;办学目标——打造“平安·快乐”主题学校;育人目标——培养身心健全的快乐人生创造者;校训——安全、服务、赏识、快乐;学校标识(含校徽与校歌)。校长要科学引领,要立德树人。这些年,在校长先进理念引领下,在鼓山新区小学全体教职工努力下,学校获得迅速成长,也让学校有了一定的影响力。
