报载:西安市某商场在盛夏来临之际,撤掉了部分柜组,设立免费茶座,抽调部分营业员在茶座内免费供应茶水,并回答顾客提出的问题,给来此购物的消费者提供一个休憩的场所。乍一看,该商场的做法似乎很傻,撤掉那么多的柜台,有钱不赚。但事实证明,该商场的做法是相当成功的,仅在设立免费茶座后的第一个月里,营业额便上升了2倍。前段时间在浙江杭州也有一个街谈巷议的公关策划的话题,某化妆品公司为了提高香水的知名度,把价值几十万元的香水洒在了市区几条大街上。人们走在大街上,随处可闻香水味。
