目的:探讨静脉注射三七总皂甙对兔创伤性深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法:按随机原则分为三七总皂甙预防组、低分子肝素钠预防组、动物模型对照组,每组10只兔。两预防组于造模后第2天每天给药,持续8d。作相关血液流变学指标检测及记录各组血栓形成情况,并作统计学分析。结果:三七总皂甙及低分子肝素钠皆有较好的降低血液粘度及改善血液“高凝状态”的作用。结论:三七总皂甙与低分子肝素钠同样具有减少创伤性下肢深静脉血栓形成的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of intravenous injection of panax notoginseng saponins on traumatic deep venous thrombosis in rabbits. Methods: According to the principle of randomization, it was divided into panax notoginseng prophylaxis group, low-molecular-weight heparin sodium prevention group, animal model control group, and 10 rabbits in each group. The two prevention groups were given daily on the second day after the model was established for 8 days. Correlative hemorheology indexes were used to detect and record thrombosis in each group and statistical analysis was performed. Results: Panax notoginseng saponins and low-molecular-weight heparin sodium all have a good effect of lowering the blood viscosity and improving the blood “high coagulation state”. Conclusion: Panax notoginseng saponin has the same effect as low molecular weight heparin sodium in reducing traumatic deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.
