以内蒙古万家沟地区10个群体的山杏为研究对象,采用多元统计分析方法,对山杏果实、杏核、杏仁、叶片、杏仁中成分含量共21个表型性状进行分析研究,该研究可为内蒙古山杏种质资源的丰富、选育及利用提供理论与实践基础.研究结果表明:群体间21个性状中除叶长与叶柄长外19个性状均存在显著差异;不同群体不同性状的平均变异系数为14.21%,叶片性状的变异系数(19.22%)>果实性状(15.30%)>成分性状(2.46%);叶柄长与单果质量、单核侧径、出仁率、出核率、叶长呈显著相关,叶宽与出仁率呈正相关,叶长与出仁率、出核率呈正相关,成分性状中3个成分的含量均与单果横径、单果侧径存在相关关系;前三个主成分累计贡献率达到80.98%.“,”10 apricot groups were used as the research object of Wanjiagou area in Inner Mongolia,the 21 characteristics of fruit,stone,almond,leaf,and components content as index to analyze by the multivariate statistical analysis.The result can provide theoretical and practical basis for Apricot Germplasm of riching resources breeding and utilization in Inner Mongolia.The results showed that among 21 characteristics except the leaf length and petiole length were significantly different;the average variation coefficient of different traits was 14.21%,the variation coefficient of leaf traits (19.22%) >fruit traits (15.30%)>component traits (2.46%);Single fruit weight,nuclear side diameter,almond rate,stone rate,and leaf length was significantly correlated with petiole length,leaf width with almond rate was positively correlated,and leaf length with almond rate,stone rate was positively related,the 3 component traits with fruit diameter,fruit side were associated,the first three principal cumulative contribution rate reached 80.98%.
