以氧化铝基陶瓷刀具磨损寿命的随机特性分析为基础,提出并验证了基于磨损的陶瓷刀具可靠性的理论模型。结果表明:其磨损寿命很好地服从对数正态分布;可以用刀具磨损寿命变异系数来评价基于磨损的氧化铝基陶瓷刀具的切削可靠性。
Based on the random characteristic analysis of the wear life of alumina-based ceramic tool, a theoretical model of the reliability of the ceramic tool based on wear is proposed and verified. The results show that the wear life obeys lognormal distribution well and the cutting reliability of wear-based alumina-based ceramic tools can be evaluated by the tool life variation coefficient.
