随着国家经济政策对固定资产方面投资的不断加码,城市建设规模日益扩大,建筑工程造价管理的发展也不断规范创新,越来越受重视。在新形势下,造价预结算审核是否科学合理是事关建筑企业可持续发展的重要因素。本文主要就建筑工程项目中工程造价预结算审核的相关问题展开分析和论证。
With the continuous increase of investment in fixed assets by the state economic policy, the increasing scale of urban construction and the constant development of cost management in construction projects have drawn more and more attention. Under the new situation, whether the cost pre-settlement audit is scientific and reasonable is an important factor that affects the sustainable development of construction enterprises. This article mainly analyzes and argues on the related issues of pre-settlement audit of construction cost in construction project.
