为探讨trkA在成年猫脊髓的分布 ,用成年健康雄猫 (体重 3～ 3 5kg)的腰段脊髓 (L1)制作2 0 μm厚冰冻切片并行ABC免疫组化染色 ,DAB棕色反应显色 .结果 :trkA的阳性反应物主要分布在脊髓背角II板层的神经膨体、灰质一些神经元以及白质轴索内 .结果提示这些部位存在trkA .
To investigate the distribution of trkA in spinal cord of adult cats, 20-mm-wide frozen sections were made with lumbar spinal cord (L1) of adult healthy male cats (body weight 3 ~ 35kg) and immunohistochemically stained with ABC immunohistochemistry and DAB brown color reaction. : The positive trkA-positive reactants are mainly located in the neuroendothelium, some gray matter neurons, and the white matter axons in the lamina II of the dorsal horn of the spinal cord, suggesting the presence of trkA at these sites.
