Although pediatric testicular cancer is rare, but early features of non-characteristic, easily confused with other scrotal lumps and delayed diagnosis and treatment. This article summarizes the cases of misdiagnosis of hospital outpatient admitted in our hospital for nearly 30 years, in order to learn from it.
