Municipal biogas work meeting jointly held by the municipal agriculture, science and technology commission, the third committee and the Municipal Energy and Biogas Construction Leading Group was held from March 23 to 25. At the meeting, the spirit of “National Biogas, Rural Reform Project of Diesel Engines for County Roads” was reviewed; and the plan for the work of biogas in 1983 and the deployment of 84-year work plan was reviewed. Chen Dongbo City Energy Leading Group Leader, City Planning Commission Ni Zhen consultant spoke, the Agriculture Commission Yanming consultant made a summary report. The participants exchanged their experiences and visited the Gaogacha Production Team of Chengqiao Brigade in Xinjing Commune, Shanghai. Last year, due to the municipal government and counties to strengthen the leadership of biogas, pay attention to practical results, steady development, relying on science and technology and professional contracting methods, the implementation of the pool construction tasks and technical management
