员工的情绪与企业发展以及员工工作效率之间都有着极为密切的联系,为此,近几年越来越多的企业认识到情绪管理在办公室管理中的重要地位,并加大了对员工情绪化管理的力度。只有提高员工情绪管理能力,才能形成积极进取、相互协作的良好氛围,促进员工工作效率的提高。本文旨在研究情绪管理在办公室工作中的应用现状,探讨情绪管理应用策略,为办公室人员在情绪管理方面的进一步开展提供思路。
