用Dowex IX8研究了硒与强碱离子交换剂的交换常数,并由此确定了Se(IV)和Se(VI)的预浓缩和分离的方法,该法已应用于用氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法(HG—AAS)测定饮用水和天然水中Se(IV)和溶解性总的Se量,用该法得到的结果,与应用冷阱中以硒化氢进行预浓缩然后用HG-AAS测定的硒量一致。
The exchange constants of selenium and strong base ion exchangers were investigated using Dowex IX8 and thus the method of preconcentration and separation of Se (IV) and Se (VI) has been established and has been applied to the hydride generation - atomic absorption Spectrophotometry (HG-AAS) was used to determine Se (IV) and total dissolved Se in drinking water and natural water.
