N-取代甘氨酸聚合体是一类新的聚合体化合物,同多肽相比,N-取代甘氨酸聚合体具有抗酶解稳定性,同时使用市售的伯胺作为构建单元(building block)大大地扩展了天然多肽分子结构的多样性,本文报道了利用多中心多肽合成方法合成了九个含N-取代甘氨酸聚合体多肽杂合休,由于此类聚合体具有抗酶的能力,因此可用于蛋白酶抑制剂的研究。
