为观察急性苯中毒对小鼠骨髓细胞超微结构的影响,用BALB/c小白鼠做了急性毒性实验。结果表明,苯中毒影响了多个系统的血细胞,变性、坏死的血细胞多为分化成熟中的细胞,而且,对粒系细胞影响最为严重,超微结构的改变与末梢血粒细胞减少相一致。有孔毛细血管扩张,血管内皮细胞呈变性改变,另外,在某些粒细胞浆中发现一些巨大杆状包涵体,无论在外形和结构上都与Auer小体相似。
In order to observe the effect of acute benzene poisoning on the ultrastructure of mouse bone marrow cells, acute toxicity experiments were performed on BALB / c mice. The results showed that benzene poisoning affected multiple systems of blood cells, degeneration, necrosis of the blood cells are mostly mature and differentiated cells, and the most serious impact on the granulosa cells, ultrastructural changes consistent with peripheral blood neutropenia. In addition, many giant rod-like inclusions were found in some granulocytes, both in appearance and in structure, similar to Auer bodies.
