在实际的变象管中,光电阴极一般是用固定在一个侧臂上的碱源来制备的。为了研究激活过程中联接侧臂到二极管的管道的流导效应,分别用具有5升/秒和0.05升/秒的两种不同值的流导来制备多碱光电阴极。用一台接近获得10~(-8)托本底压力的普通汞扩散泵系统来制作二极管。用较高流导值制备的二极管,多次地获得了150μA/Lm的积分灵敏度;用较低流导值制备的二极管,发现多数灵敏度都比较低。碱蒸汽的动态定量分析是借助一只基于热离解现象的离子规来实现的。
In actual pigtails, photocathodes are typically prepared from a source of alkalinity immobilized on a sidearm. In order to study the conductance effect of the side-to-diode pipe coupling during activation, a multi-alkali photocathode was prepared using two different values of conductance of 5 liters / second and 0.05 liters / second, respectively. A diode was made using a common mercury diffusion pump system with near 10 to (8) bottom pressure. The diodes prepared with the higher conductivity values obtained the integrated sensitivity of 150 μA / Lm multiple times. The diodes prepared with the lower conductivity values found that most of the sensitivities were lower. Dynamic quantitative analysis of alkali vapor is based on an ion gauge based on thermal dissociation.
