中药由于所含有效成分及作用机制的双重复杂性,严重地制约了中药的现代化。在中药研究中,可采用以基因芯片技术为基础的基因表达差异比较,将中药与基因表达差异有机地结合起来进行研究。本文综述了基因表达差异比较在中药研究中的应用。
Due to the dual complexity of the active ingredients and the mechanism of action, traditional Chinese medicine severely restricts the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. In the study of traditional Chinese medicine, gene expression differences based on gene chip technology can be used to compare the differences between traditional Chinese medicine and gene expression to study organically. This article reviews the application of the differences in gene expression comparison in the study of traditional Chinese medicine.
